We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
* Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
* You must provide proof (images/video) of the issue.
